Lately, I’ve been hearing alot of buzz about No2 and it’s possible effects on building muscle.

No2 has been around for a couple of years and there has been plenty of people who have tried this particular supplement with mixed results.

For those of you who don’t know what N02 is, let me give you a bit of background.

No2 stands for nitric oxide. Nitric oxide is supposed to relax the smooth muscle in the walls of very small arteries called arterioles.

When a muscles contracts and it’s blood vessels are dilated, a “puff” of gas appears for a brief instant and than dissapears. This gas settles into the underlying smooth muscle cells causing them to relax which allows a surge of blood to pass through more easily.

This gas is called nitric oxide.

You see, everytime you do a couple sets of curls and you feel that expanding feeling in your bicep, it means that nitric oxide was released into the smooth muscle, causing an extra surge in blood to your muscles. It gives your muscles that full feeling and that”puffy” look.

However, once you finish your workout, your muscels slowly loose the blood that it accumulated during the workout and it slowly goes back to normal. Of course, the pump is one of the best feelings you can get and too lose it, well, sucks. So, the man who brought creatine to the fitness world, Ed Byrd, gives you Hemodilator N02.

This stuff is supposed to help release nitric oxide at different times of the day to keep your muscles feeling pumped. What Ed Byrd managed to do was create a delivery system called phyex 9 which is supposed to help stimulate the release of nitric oxide at different times during the day. Certainly a beautiful concept for just about everyone out there who weight trains. Who doesn’t want a constant pump…Maybe just walking down the street?

Well, I heard alot about no2 and it got my attention. So, I decided to give this supplement a shot. I have to admit, this stuff is not cheap. At $80 bucks a pop, it’s kind of steep for the everyday working, weight trainer. Today, there are a whack of nitric oxide supplements out there and they all cost about

the same.

Now, I had my doubts. You see, this supplement uses arginine as it’s main nitric oxide delivery mechanism. That is, arginine is supposed to cause the nitric oxide reaction which will produce the”pump”. Now, back in the mid 80’s, I vividly remember a supplement called”Inosine” which was supposed to do the same thing as No2. It was supposed to cause the small artieries to expand which would cause more blood flow into

the muscle.

Well, as a young, wide eyed teenager looking for a miracle supplment, this fit the bill. I bought a bunch of inosine in the hopes that it would help me build more strength and power. The result? A couple of hundred dollars down the toilet. I still see adds for inosine and I still shake my head.

So, after a bit of research I decided to give this particular supplement a shot and see if the results were as good as they claimed on the label. I choose to use the Hemodilator No2 for my nitric oxide supplement review.

According to the label, it reads “NO2 generates a PERPETUAL PUMP, Helps Boost Strength, Augments Peak Power, Delays Muscle Fatigue”

Well, does it do all that? First off, according to the label, they performed a clinical trial of this supplement at Baylor University. According to the results, there was a 300% increase in bench press strength for those who were taking Hemodilator compared to those who were taking a placebo (fake), over an eight

week period.

Also, the group taking the Hemodilator gained more endurance and power than the placebo group over the same 8 week period.

So, how did I fare with this supplement? Now, I’m just finishing up my third bottle and the results have not been mind blowing. Maybe I was expecting too much from this supplement but I haven’t gained as much as I would have hoped. There has been a slight change from the pumps I get in the gym but they are not perpetual. The pumps stay in the gym.

In terms of strength, I gained a little bit in some of my compound movements but not as nearly as much as I would have if I would have taken creatine. For endurance, I can’t say I noticed any thing at all. In terms of overall power, I would say that it has increased…But not 300% or even 20%.

Did I get my monies worth? That’s a hard one to say. I mean, would have I gotten the same results if I didn’t use the supplement? Probably not. The thing I noticed most about this product was the pumps in the gym. Like I said before, pumps are the reason I mainly go to the gym.

Am I happy with this product? I guess you can say that I’m “ok” with it. However, when I take the supplement Xpand, which is a combination of the nitric oxide booster arginine and tri-creatine malate, I simply explode! Maybe the combination of nitric oxide and creatine compliment each other more so than regular creatine or straight arginine.

In terms of side effects, I didn’t experience anything. Just remember, huge doses of arginine can be toxic. However, there are some reports of users experiencing diarrhea nausea with relatively high doses.

Now, do I recommend this product? If you do not want to take a product such as creatine, I would have to say yes. It does work and will produce some results provided you have a well laid down eating plan and steady lifting habits. Just remember, you have to be on it for at least 8 weeks to see any sort of results.

However, next to a good creatine product such as SAN V12 or Dymatize Xpand, I would have to say no. These products

are so much better and the results are more immediate and dramatic.

So there you have it. A personal nitric oxide supplement review.

Bui -
I have used this polish for several years. It is not a wax but a polish and does a great job leaving a good clear coat of resin. Like the previous poster said, it works well on glass. It does not leave a oily residue like some waxes. It acts more like a resin where you apply it and wipe off very easily. I can wax in the sun. The closest competitor is Nu Finish, which I have used. The polish stays on a long time and beads up well. If you put the first two initial coats then do it once a month. It should be good for a month.
I have tried several different polishes, waxes, sealants and glazes, and nothing compares to Liquid Glass. I recommend this product to everyone I know, and anyone who is even remotely interested in protecting their paint. This product has actually reduced or eliminated rock chips, and the harsh things like tar, sap, and bird droppings come off easily. Water will run right off your finish like the paint is water repellent. You can also apply it to your windows (it leaves no residue whatsoever), and it works just the same. You’ll notice a difference the next time you’re driving and it’s raining! The shine and mirror finish is a head turner. I will never go with another product. Liquid Glass: This amazing special formula makes it possible to coat your vehicle with a clear, hard, smooth, and mirror-like finish with a minimum of effort. The finish will not crack, chip, peel, or turn yellow. Liquid Glass is safe for use on today’s clearcoats, gelcoats, acrylics, metalflakes, candy apples, pearls, plastic paints, epoxies, urethanes, etc. Also does an excellent job on chrome, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, etc. Detail Spray works like a high lubricity waterless wash to safely remove road grime and oily films from painted, plated, glass, and plastic surfaces. Rather than washing your vehicle, you can simply spray it down with Liquid Glass Detail Spray and buff the vehicle to a shine like liquid glass. Combined with Liquid Glass Polishs scratch resistance, this is the safest way to quick detail your vehicle between washes. Liquid Glass Detail Spray contains no abrasives or harsh chemicals. It is completely safe to use as often as needed to maintain a bright luster.

Car exhaust systems are important, more important than what most people believe. I mean, c’mon, think of it this way - what would happen to any system that is clogged with waste and dirt? So, a faulty exhaust is a disaster in the making. It will eat away into the health of your car, and in the end, it might even make you and your co-passengers sick. Not to mention the amount of dirt and pollution it will spew into the air. For excellent output, optimum engine performance and complete riding pleasure, it is important to take care of car exhausts.

Contrary to what most people believe, car exhausts are not just the pipes that protrude from the rear. The exhaust system consists of engine parts through which waste gases are produced. Then, there are the group of pipes that act as a bridge between the silencer and the engine. The silencer is an important part of car exhausts. It contains a number of holes which help to reduce the pressure of exhaust gases rushing out through the pipes. The silencer, true to its name, reduces noise levels because it contains reflectors that deflect the sound of the engine. Lastly, the tailpipe stretches out from the back fender of the car. These exhaust pipes perform an important function since they guide fumes to their proper outlet behind the car.

As you can see, a car’s exhaust system has a number of functions to perform. It increases the productivity and fuel efficiency of the car. Thereby it enhances the engine’s performance. The exhaust system also reduces noise levels within the car, and it guides toxic exhaust fumes through their proper channel. Tuning your exhaust can maximize productivity and speed. So, selecting the correct combination of resonators, pipes, headers and mufflers can make your journey smooth as silk.

How to choose car exhausts:

Are bigger pipes better? In a word, no. Big pipes defeat good speed. But, if the pipes are too small, flow will be constricted resulting in loss of power. However, between the two evils, having pipes that are a little small is better than pipes that are too large, particularly when the car is driven in cities.

If your car mufflers are inappropriate or improperly installed, you will lose almost all the advantages of a good exhaust system. In this regard, note that the size of your muffler does not impact performance much. Select mufflers based on their flow, not size.

Car exhausts generally have a long life period. However, the exact time and performance of your car exhaust depends on how much you travel and how well you maintain your exhaust. Short trips can lead to the corrosion of the exhaust.

You will know that your exhaust system has failed when your car starts making too much noise or when your car fails the MOT test. That is because when the exhaust system has holes, it will emit noxious fumes.

We carry a full line of performance parts such as Car exhausts headers, camgears, big brake / slotted / cross drilled rotors & more…..

When starting a business like a nail salon you have a lot to think about. The first thing that you will want to do is ask yourself if you are ready to open your own salon. If you feel confident enough and have a passion to be your own boss, then you should begin to take the steps to making your entrepreneur dreams come true. The first step to making your dreams come true is to prepare a business plan. You will want to prepare a business plan if not only you are going to need some extra funding, but so you can set goals within your own business.

A nail salon will cost a lot of money because you will need all the furniture and proper supplies so that you can have a successful business. A good thing to making a business plan is that it will show all the expenses that you will have and you will have a good idea of how much money it will take you to make your dreams come true. By writing your business plan before going to the bank, you will be more likely to get the money. However, writing a business plan will take a lot of time, effort, and research.

The first step to writing your business plan for your nail salon is defining your mission and vision statements. Your mission is your goal and your vision is how you will run the shop. A mission could be “To offer the best nail salon services to the local community”. It needs to be specific.

Your vision could be something like “Offering affordable nail salon services with a friendly atmosphere.” Your vision will tell the customer more about the personality or ethics of the company. Once you have your salon vision and mission, you will want to define your target market.

Your target market is the area, age, sex, and other demographics of your customers. Once you have your target market you can begin to look at where you what the business and what it will take you to make your nail salon the best. This is where you will need to talk to other businesses or nail salons to find out who are their suppliers and also by interviewing the competition you should be able to get an idea of how much of an income you can determine. In the business plan, you will also want to talk about the services and prices of your nail salon.

You will want to put copies of any certificates you need to do the business so that the bank will be more opt to give you funding. The sections in your business plan should consist of: company history, vision, mission, supplies and expenses, foreseen profit or an accounting section, and a summary of how confident you feel about the nail salon.

Adults with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) can get very easily overwhelmed, frustrated, and stressed out during the times when a lot is required of us. And when we’re in that state, we tend to skimp on self-care. We think that we should go, go, go and do, do, do-without taking care of ourselves first.

Last year we moved to a very small town. The nearest grocery store is 15 minutes away. My bank is 20 minutes away. And the farm where I like to get organic meat is in the opposite direction, in the middle of nowhere, about 45 minutes away.

If I leave my house on only a quarter tank of gas and want to go to all three places, I won’t make it. My car gets fairly good mileage, but I won’t get to where I want to go unless I stop and refuel.

Pretend, for a moment, that you are a car. How much gas is in your tank right now?

In the same way that a car can’t drive without gas, you can’t give to those around you when your tank is empty. And in the same way that a car drives best on a full tank of gas, you have a lot more to give when your tank is full on self-care.

This means that you make sure your needs are being met before you meet everyone else’s needs-that includes your spouse or partner, your boss, your parents, your siblings and yes, even your kids to some degree. Otherwise, you burn out. And then you’re no help to anyone.

If a car can’t drive a couple of hours on a quarter tank of gas, how can you go all day, all week, all month, without filling your tank?

So here’s some fuel for thought…my top 3 tips for practicing excellent self-care when the pressure is on:

1. Wind down every night to de-stress and sleep well.

When the stress picks up, it’s more important than ever to allow recharging time. Sleep is extremely important, and winding down before bed helps ensure restful sleep. Think of yourself as a cell phone. If you don’t get charged, you won’t work the next day!

2. Eat well.

Don’t underestimate the power of food to make or break your mood and energy levels. If you use sugar and caffeine to keep you going, instead of nutritious whole foods, you’re sure to crash. And crash hard!

3. Say “no.”

You’re the only one who knows what you can comfortably handle, and what’s too much pressure, time, energy, or stress. If you push yourself too much (or allow yourself to be pushed too much) then you’ll burn out and be no good to anyone!

These tips apply whether you’re traveling, busy at work, or preparing for the holidays. Remember them!

Because the owner of one of the most excellent vehicle transport companies around served his country for four years in Iraq, he knows full well how to offer superior customer service and take care of business. He also offers a discount to his fellow service members.

The customer is in control of which company they want to use for car shipping — all that’s needed is a small amount of research, a few reference checks, and a couple of endorsements by people who have used the company’s services, and have been happy with them. An enclosed trailer works well for an exotic or antique car, or a real wreck (but it’s priceless of course) with bits hanging off it. These enclosed trailers do cost a little more than the open kind, but they protect against the weather and other road conditions and possibly hazards. Car dealer and manufacturers use different methods of shipment — it just depends on how many vehicles and where they are going. You’ve probably seen dozens of these rigs traveling the highways and byways. Express service is available if you have a sudden need to get the car to its destination. In the military, this kind of need can come up rather suddenly.

Another wonderful idea when considering which car shipping company, is who you will be speaking with during the process. If you talk with several staff members, then there is a bigger chance that someone could drop the ball along the way and your vehicle could end up in the Florida Keys, when you now live in Alaska, for instance. A single contact person works best for continuity and see-through during the process. Finding a company who has this policy, will give you much peace of mind. In talking to the car shipping company, check out their fee structure. A company’s fees are usually route based, so finding a reliable business that can tell you how much the shipment will cost, and right up front, will help you budget your car transportation perfectly. Rates do depend on what is being sent, where it’s leaving from, and of course, where it’s going to.

Drivers of transport trucks usually take them about 350 miles a day, and of course they need to eat and sleep as well. You can put less than one hundred pounds of personal items in a vehicle being shipped, so you can’t cram it full of your extra household items and save on moving truck expenses. Contents, not part of the car, aren’t covered by insurance. When your vehicle is put on the trailer, a person has to be there to sign the bill of lading, plus walk around the car and note any pre-existing damage. Choose a company (besides one that offers the military discount) that has some great reviews on an easy-to-read blog. This will give you some assurance about the company’s record. You can also read about various car transport companies on an impartial site like TransportReviews.com. If you keep in mind a few tips, your car shipping task will taken care of, and at an excellent price, as well.

Susan Hart is a world traveled former literary agent. Motor on over to a fantastic Car Shipping company right away, and they will be able to help you with your vehicle transportation needs, whether for civilian or military.
